Custom Built PC Black Screens On First Boot(s)

Nothing happening --- no booting, fans not spinning, etc. If you don't, the GPU still conflicts with onboard graphics, thus a black screen. THe fans are spinng and the lights go on, but the only thing is theres no display. And just does this More resources See also solved My PC won't boot up.

The HDMI test was from the GPU which did not emit any signal either.
