I have Windows 7 SP1 64bit and I keep it up to date so i am not sure if it is hidden somehwere under a different name.I would appreciate your thoughts I am not requesting help in eliminating the BSOD as much as instructions on how to manually change the boot GPU setting while in Safe Mode so it would take effect I also have a dv6 with Radeon 6770m graphics/Intel HD 3000. So I want to fix this BSOD.

Hardly got it to boot into safe mode and do a system restore, so better stay away from that tool and remove drivers "manually") Hope it works for you guys as news I hope these issues will bei fixed by AMD asap.
