Been having trouble seeing YouTube video's for the last couple of weeks ,been trying everything I could think of , after following Mark's instructions , BINGO it works ...

Some recent blue screens are "STOP: 0x0000007F ~ driver: igdkmd64.sys", "STOP: 0x000000D1 ~ DRIVER_IPQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and another with the driver "nvkflt.sys". I also try to be very careful with everything because I really hate harming my own stuff. Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post. I also noticed that it only happens when I watch videos through a browser when i watch videos straight through windows media player of VLC it hasn't happened.
I do updates for Firefox, Adobe, etc. I did all the steps except for Avast because i had a question about that and i couldn't find the Western Digital SES (SCSI Enclosure Services) driver to uninstall that. Obviously those errors are related to the video graphics card and/or the drivers.
