This is not just a file sharing/computer to computer access problem, I am not able to access anything on my NAS (Network Attached Storage Device) either. I just switched to Win10 and there is a problem! Start, type cmd and run as an administrator. NAS shares now work properly and I can access the NAS admin configuration pages.
Another friend can connect to the machine that I can't.
