For me it was the Adobe Flash Player in Chrome browser. It goes down to around 5 and then shoots back up to 100 every time. Programs removed from startup will still run but on an as need basis. I think using the TASK MANAGER approach is quiet cool.. I switched it back on and in seconds it was back to 100%. Run CCleaner and cleaned the PC (Check and uncheck your options). [it took couple of minutes to complete the process and during the process my HDD was 100%.
