Windows 10 Taskbar Not Responding
Number 3 (Remedy Auto-Hide Solutions) fixed my problem :) My Windows Start icon, Cortana, Microsoft Edge (Internet Explorer) icon and Action Center icon were not working on my taskbar. Once the mouse cursor has changed, click and hold the mouse button and move the bar up. To the immediate right of the search bar is the Task View icon. Hopefully, if the taskbar issue was related to the presentation display, then this ought to fix it.
