Terrible Lag At Startup

At all other times, after a fresh start-up has everything going in slow motion, restarting it has made it run at full speed again. Yes, Goldeneye is coming to Nintendo Wii and it looks like a cheap port from the Nintendo 64 Goldeneye 007. Even try Windows Defender. What may the problem be?

When a different virus protection software is installed Windows Defender is supposed to disable itself. They have NOTHING to do with keyboard lag with wireless keyboards. any ideas on wat it might be? I am at a loss as what this means. If you are only experiencing lag with the first keyboard, then it is probably not an application that is the culprit. On occasion, my computer will crash right after the screen which shows the OS is loading.
