Windows Explorer Navigation Pane Graphics Corrupted When Scrolling

It is for this reason I had hoped posting this might reveal such an option, even if it is a command line switch or something, that would be fine, I'll add The View Pane is open. You might like to try this; QTTabBar solves most such Explorer problems, ( and gives very considerable enhancements), because the developer has managed to streamline the Explorer code.
Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Personalization. Click the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Settings: Browsing heading. Classic shell fixes most of the navigation pane scrolling bugs, except this. Maybe someone else will jump in with some ideas. Click on the COLOR box. Please help, driving me nuts.

Please put them back in. Even things that worked in Vista (such as the left pane auto-scrolling left/right if a folder name was too long) no longer work in Win7.
